NATIONAL GUARD RECRUITS DROPOUTS.(CAPITAL REGION)

ALBANY -- New York's National Guard is looking for a few good high school dropouts.

The "ChalleNGe" program, being federally funded in nine states, is an educational and life-skills program for 16-to-18-year-olds who haven't finished their secondary education.
