WESTERVILLE, Ohio - The decision by Arelight Systems LLC to sell its ScriptLINE business unit will provide Arelight with additional opportunities to concentrate on RxealTime and other initiatives in infoatics, according to chief executive officer Tom Ludlam.

In May Arelight sold assets related to ScriptLINE to NDCHealth Corp. for S81 million in cash. The divestiture coincides with Arelight's intention to launch the first two versions of RxealTime products.

ScriptLINE edits pharmaceutical claims electronically before submission to payers and provides other services to retail pharmacies.
